1Definitions

5Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of their available real balance at any time, provided KYC has been approved and there is no active bonus rollover pending on the balance to be withdrawn.

6Bonuses & Promotions

General rules applicable to all bet122 bonuses:

• The standard rollover on the first deposit bonus is 10x the bonus amount received. Example: a R$ 100.00 bonus requires total wagers of R$ 1,000.00 before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Events that have started but were not completed due to an interruption will be settled according to the official result recognized by the sport's governing body. If no official result is available, the bet is voided.
• Bet122 may limit or refuse bets from any user, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason, particularly in cases of suspected match-fixing or arbitrage strategies.
• Typographical errors in odds — for example, odds significantly outside the market range — may be corrected before or after a bet is accepted. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided and the stake returned.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to broadcast delays. bet122 is not responsible for bets placed based on information from delayed streams.

8Casino Games

10User Conduct

• Colluding with other players to manipulate results or artificially meet rollover requirements.

11Account Suspension and Termination

15Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Bet122 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users with a minimum advance notice of 15 calendar days via an in-platform notice and to the registered email address.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before they take effect by requesting a withdrawal of your available balance.

16Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or enforcement of this document shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
